The Nuview Treatment Center Scholarship is a program to lend a helping hand to the college students who have suffered from substance abuse or to those who have seen their loved ones, friends or family, or a prominent person of their life go through the same. Education can be one of the most powerful tools while recovering from the experience of substance abuse and moving towards sobriety and in this journey of mental recovery, NuView Treatment Center wants to act as a tool in easing up the process in form of their scholarship. Applications are going on for all the college students who fulfil the desired condition and want to participate.
NuView Treatment Center believes that recovering from addiction is not only about being physically away from substances it has a much bigger aspect it’s about gathering the pieces of the puzzle of life and starting it completely fresh with the maximum zeal and passion for life. In this whole process, education plays a great role. This scholarship by NuView Treatment Center may act as wings and will help the student in easing up for his/her financial burden and be much more motivated while moving for new educational opportunities.
NuView Treatment Center is a Los Angeles Drug and Alcohol Rehab program. The applicant interested in applying for the scholarship can do so by sending a story with 500-1000 words describing their whole phase of substance abuse and what happened to initiate their recovery?, how was the recovery phase? or sharing the story of how the addiction of their beloved ones/friends/family member affected them?. Benefits
The winner of the program would be awarded prize money of $1000 which will be used in meeting up for educational needs such as books, fees. etc and would help the student in overcoming the burden of finance for education and would provide great motivation in pursuing their dream and emerge as a body of knowledge, who would be looked upon by the upcoming generation.
