National Society of High School Scholars is pleased to be able to offer an excellent Diversity Scholarship for 2020. Applications for this funding scheme are exclusively available for high school junior or senior students who have demonstrated a commitment to expanding the diversity and inclusion initiatives in their school, community, or workplace.
NSHSS’ Diversity Scholarship will take away all the financial concerns of students, and help them gain knowledge and secure better grades in their respective fields. Through this funding programme, students can reach their full potential, and fulfil their all educational dreams.
National Society of High School Scholars is an esteemed organization formed in 2002. Since then, it has been dedicated to providing support to young academics to become the leaders of tomorrow. It helps bright students by connecting them with scholarships, college fairs, internships, career and leadership opportunities, and more.

Who May Be Eligible?
Recipients who fulfil the following requirements are ideal for this scholarship:
- Candidates must be high school juniors or seniors;
- Applicants must have demonstrated a commitment to expanding the diversity and inclusion initiatives in their school, community, or workplace.
How to Apply
To access to scholarship, applicants are required to complete an online application form in which they will have to provide information such as their name and email address. All the details must be valid and complete.
Supporting Documents
Together with their application, candidates are requested to submit the following accompanying documents:
- Resume
- Transcript
- Educator or program leader recommendation
- Colour headshot
- Personal essay in response to the following prompt in 500 words or less: How have you raised awareness for or helped to expand the diversity and inclusion initiatives in your school, community, and/or workplace? Please be sure to include your leadership roles in furthering a more diverse and inclusive environment.
Benefits
NSHSS will provide up to five scholarships worth USD 2,000. This award can be used to cover educational expenses such as books and tuition etc. With the help of this scholarship, talented students can overcome their financial hardships.
