How to Apply
Fellows who are eligible with the criteria should apply for the scholarships by downloading the application. Transcripts, ACT Scores, and verification for Cumulative Grade Point Average should be mailed to the NWOSU Registry Office, 709 Oklahoma Blvd, Alva, OK 73717. All applicants are encouraged to apply for federal student financial aid (FAFSA). By submitting this application, you verify that you are the applicant for all eligible scholarships. All the details of your program and yourself should be provided in the form.
- All freshmen please submit a copy of your transcript with ACT scores. All transfers submit a copy of all previously-attended college transcripts and verification of Cumulative Grade Point Average.
