The students who are high school seniors currently enrolled at a school with an affiliated NHS chapter are encouraged to apply for the scholarship.
The purpose of the NHS Scholarship is to acknowledge NHS student members desiring to pursue higher education. The scholarship will provide financial assistance to assistance to the students. The scholarship encourages students to work hard and achieve success.
The National Honor Society was acknowledged in 1921 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals. The NHS is a national institute for high school students situated in the United States and outlying territories consisting of many chapters in high schools.

Who May be Eligible?
The NHS student applicants must comply with the following eligibility criteria-
- The applicant must be a high school senior.
- The applicant must be an active NHS member in good standing.
- The applicant must be currently enrolled at a school with an affiliated NHS chapter graduating in the spring of 2021.
- They must be planning to enroll at a post-secondary college or university in fall 2021.
How to Apply?
To apply for The NHS Scholarship, applicants must create a student account. The applicant must verify the account, which will provide application access to the NHS. The supporting documents must accompany the application.

The NHS Scholarship will award $25,000 to the national winner and various other awards to finalists.
