National Aircraft Finance Association Scholarship

National Aircraft Finance Association is inviting applications for its NAFA Corporate Aviation Business Scholarship. All the undergraduates, graduates and PhD students in the field of accounting, economics, business, marketing and finance with a focus to build a career in aviation business or management are eligible for the scholarship. This is an annual scholarship and the applications should be submitted before October 31 each year. The reward amount ranges between $1000 to $5000 each year. The final amount is decided by the board of members. Candidates from across the world can apply, criteria being a score of 3.0 GPA is high school or as a freshman n the 4.0-grade scale. The candidates can file their applications through their University’s financial aid office.

National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA) was founded in the late 60s with an idea to improve and facilitate the lending process to support aircraft buyers. Presently, the organization comprises 200 member companies, including five of the largest banks of the United States: JP Morgan, Bank of America, Citi, Wells Fargo, and US Bank. Also, NAFA is the home to certified appraisers, aviation attorneys, aviation tax specialists, etc. which bring great diversifications and innovative ideas that finance the world’s business and general aviation aircraft.

Who May be Eligible?

All the candidates who are currently attending a college or university in the field of Accounting, Economics, Business Marketing and Finance, with a focus on Aviation Business/ Management are eligible for the scholarship. The applicants must have a score of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0-grade scale.

Note: A Us citizen or a permanent resident of the USA will be preferred.
