MPOWER will give up to USD 10,000 in the new MBA scholarship to overseas candidates. To apply, you must be an MBA student at one of MPOWER’s supported institutions but not an MPOWER borrower. The scholarship application deadline is July 15, 2022. There will be two prizes, with a grand prize of $10,000 and honorable mentions of $2,000 each.
Winners will be chosen purely based on their essay submission. MPOWER will choose winners based on the following criteria: the quality of the applicant’s essay; the essay should show clarity of thinking, compelling aims, and vision, and exceptional English communication abilities; The degree to which the applicant’s preferred subject of study and their aims and aspirations are linked; and the applicant’s ability to create a good effect as a scientist, entrepreneur, leader, and/or change-maker.

Who is Eligible?
Applicants must be accepted or enrolled in a full-time MBA degree program at an MPOWER-supported institution in the United States or Canada, as well as an international student legally entitled to study in the United States or Canada. The candidate must fulfil one of the following criteria to study in the United States: Having a valid visa that allows you to study in the United States or being covered by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA). The candidate must satisfy the following conditions to study in Canada: possessing a valid Canadian study permit.
How to Apply?
To be considered for the scholarship, all eligible students must complete the application form. Interested applicants must prepare a 200-500 word essay. The question is on becoming a future business leader and applying MBA talents to have a good influence on MPOWER.
Supporting Documents
Only one submission per scholarship will be accepted. During the Scholarship time, entrants can only enter once. Entrants must complete and submit an online Scholarship entry form (an “Entry”) accessible at https://www.mpowerfinancing.com/scholarships/ for each Scholarship. Any entry that does not adhere to these terms and conditions will be disqualified. MPOWER owns all entries, and they will not be acknowledged or returned.
Benefits
MPOWER will verify the winner’s eligibility after they have been chosen by MPOWER. All winners will get a release form after verification. The funds will be sent directly to the winner’s college/university, subject to any relevant U.S. or Canadian restrictions. Grand prize is $10,000 and Honorable mentions is $2,000. This money will help winners earn MBA degrees without facing any financial hurdles.
