It is known for awarding full scholarships for HBCU students at Howard University, Morehouse College and Spelman College. It also helps them foster skills and with the launch of their career so that they can easily pave the path to success. This organization truly believes in investing in the future of students from the diverse background so that there will be diversity in each and every career field in future. With this belief, they have designed this program that offers five academic and needs-based four-year scholarships at each institution for the next four years.
The ultimate purpose behind developing this program is to prepare and give back to learners from any background so that they can achieve success in whatever endeavour they choose, though opportunities at Morgan Stanley will be available to them. Morgan Stanley HBCU Scholars Program will cover the entire cost of attending the eligible institution for each academic year. There is no restriction regarding the major and disciplines. Students from any major and field will be accepted for this program. Furthermore, there will be a career-readiness program available, to HBCU scholars, with virtual and on-site components to complement their on-campus curriculum.
