MoneyStrong College Scholarship Programs for Undergraduates

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has always been enthusiastic when it came to assisting students. The Union understands the financial issues faced by students. To help them with their educational finances, Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union offers scholarships to incoming college freshmen and current college students enrolled in an accredited two or four-year college. To avail of these scholarships, applicants must be members of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union. These scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors, or equivalent, entering an undergraduate program in the Fall of 2021.

Who May Be Eligible

  • Applicants should be a member of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union. The member’s account must be in good standing.
  • Applicant should be either a graduating high school senior, or equivalent, entering an undergraduate course in the Fall of 2021, or
  • A current student admitted in an undergraduate program.
  • The unions employees, directors and their families are not eligible.

Supporting Documents

  • Applicants must attach An official school transcript.
  • Applicants must submit An original MoneyStrong application form, completed and signed. If the applicant is under the age of 18, a parent/guardian signature is required.
  • Candidates must submit a one-page, typed, double-spaced essay addressing the following: 1)Credit is borrowed money that you can use to purchase goods and services when you need them. In their essay, candidates must tell why credit is necessary and how a good credit score can help achieve their goals. It must include a minimum of 250 words.
