Miami University is introducing unusual Miami merit-based scholarships to qualified high school students who are enrolled as full-time students on Miami’s Oxford campus beginning in the fall semester. This is a guaranteed merit-based grant to help an enormous number of students struggling with debts.

The Merit Scholarship is one of the scholarships offered to freshers to help them with their educational expenses throughout the graduation program.  The merit scholarship program was started to help first-year students with their educational expenses at the university. This Miami University offers scholarship funds to the students based on their cumulative GPA.

Interested applicants should submit their applications for the Miami University Merit Scholarship official website. Students first need to log in with their credentials to move with the process. All the required details and the materials should be adequately provided to be considered for the grant.

Benefits

Miami recalculates each applicant’s GPA, adding weight based on coursework difficulty. Scholarships are renewable for up to four years, provided students meet renewability requirements.

Applicants with a 3.95 or higher GPA will receive a scholarship fund of $13,000 or a fund to cover full tuition fees. Applicants with a 3.75 to 3.94 GPA will receive a scholarship fund of $7000 to $12,000. Applicants with a 3.60 to 3.74 GPA will receive a scholarship fund of $4,000 to $6,000. And applicants with 3.50 to 3.59 GPA will be awarded the scholarship fund worth $1,000 to $3,000.
