Academic of Art University pleased to sponsor MFA/MA Scholarship program. The scholarship is open for students who must be new, first-time enrolled graduate students beginning in the Summer or Fall 2019 term.
Students who need to increase their art or design portfolio career should take advantage of this scholarship chance. The scholarship will be awarded $2,000 for students.

Who May Eligible:
To eligible, the candidates must be following all the eligibility criteria:
- Students should start in the summer or fall 2019 term, be the recipient for the new, first-time enrolled graduate students.
- Recipients should have graduation degrees (MA, MFA, MArch, MAT). Individual enrichment students, online rewards for perfection students, and students who earn a certificate are not eligible for this scholarship.
- Students must successfully earn a term GPA of 2.0 or greater with a minimum of 6 units completed.
- The recipient (online, on-site, and hybrid) must still be enrolled in at least 2 classes (6 units) by the published semester start date.
- Students must be a US citizen or an eligible non-citizen.
- Those recipients who are unable to maintain the requirements of this program for any reason, they are no longer eligible for a future scholarship under this program.

Rules
- The recipient must implement and fulfill all the eligibility requirements based on the dates defined by the program.
- The recipient must be a registered student for either summer or fall 2019 at the time of the monthly scholarship deadline to be eligible for that particular award period.
- Applicants must submit all applications materials, including those listed in any guidelines. Contact your admission representatives for more information.
- Recipients who are unable to maintain the requirements of this program for any reason, they are no longer eligible for a future scholarship under this program.
- The recipient must also be enrolled in at least 6 units by the subsequent semester registration deadline to be awarded the scholarship.

Benefits:
- The applicants have an opportunity to win a limited number of graduate scholarships, ranging up to $2,000.
- The amount of each scholarship awarded is determined by the selection committee based on a short essay submission.
- Recipients are responsible for the application and registration fees. Any additional costs and fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Scholarships are for the recipient only, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferrable to any other person or semester.
