The Junior League of Roanoke Valley is excitingly inviting students to apply for their extraordinary Mary Terry Goodwin KUYK Scholarship. Fellows should be a graduating, college-bound, high school senior attending a high school in the Roanoke Valley, volunteers in the Roanoke Valley, and not the child or grandchild of a New Member, Active or Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Roanoke Valley, and has maintained at least a “C” average for the current or previous school year to be eligible.
The Junior League of Roanoke Valley is ready to provide for the students’ educational needs to help them with their academic needs. The league is aware of the student’s educational needs and how difficult it is to complete their higher education due to the financial instabilities. These scholarships have been created to provide the students with their needs and encourage them to achieve their goals.
The Junior League of Roanoke Valley started in 1926, and since then is committed to improving the lives of children. The league is dedicated to providing the needs of the students of Valley for enriching the progress of Valley. The league has a rich history of providing for the residents of Valley through different programs and improving people’s standard of living. The league is mainly focusing on education.

How to Apply
All the students who are eligible can apply for the scholarship by using an online application. Students must fill the application with all the essential data and supporting materials with concern. Do not submit applications after the deadline as those will not be entertained by the league. The process of the program is simple. Students must provide all materials without any delay. Benefits
Only two students will be selected to award the scholarship of $2000 each. The fund must only be used to pay students’ academic needs like tuition, room, and other related needs.
