The students engaged in the study of horticulture or plant sciences or related studies have an extraordinary chance to apply for the MAMGC scholarship program. The Milwaukee Art Museum Garden Club is organizing the scholarship for the year 2020.
The award is designed with the motive to provide some valuable assistance to an outstanding and deserving student. The scholar may attain this scholarship by his/her merit and use the amount for a valuable purpose.
The Milwaukee Art Museum Garden Club is a non-profit organization and was introduced in 1921 by Duldley Crafts Watson. It also works as a support group of the Milwaukee Art Museum and a member of the National Garden Clubs.

Who May Eligible?
All applicants for the MAMGC Scholarship must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be a college student at a college or university located within the State of Wisconsin
- Must be indulged in the study of horticulture or plant sciences such as landscape design, floriculture, botany, agronomy, environmental concerns, plant pathology, or related studies
- Must have at least a freshman status with a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Supporting Documents:
- Must submit a one-page essay describing your reasons for applying for this scholarship, the specific field in which you wish to study, your career goals, and your occupational objective should you be awarded this scholarship.
- A copy or original college transcript
- Two letters of recommendation, including one from a college professor and one from a personal reference but should not be a member of your family and not connected with your academic career. Please furnish names, relationship to you, and emails of those who are writing your recommendations.
Benefits
This scholarship will be providing an award of $2,000 based on the merit of the student.
