Missionary Kid Scholarship (MK Scholarship)

One of the primary ways Liberty University supports the work of missionary families around the world is by offering tuition assistance to their children. College-age children who are a new undergraduate resident student beginning first-time enrollment at Liberty University may apply. Under the MK Scholarship, Liberty will provide a full or partial tuition scholarship per academic year disbursed over the four consecutive years of your bachelor’s degree.

Liberty University is pleased to offer “We The Creators Scholarship”. The program will provide one $10,000 scholarships split evenly over four years. New Student Priority Program

At Liberty University, the New Student Priority Program rewards you for completing each of the 4 A’s of Admissions in a timely manner. Each student that completes each of the 4 A’s by their respective deadlines is entered into winning a scholarship ranging from $5,000 up to Full-Tuition! To be eligible to receive an award you have won, you must be a new or transfer, incoming resident undergraduate degree-seeking student.

Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant (VTAG)

The Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant (VTAG) program is available that is administered by the institutions and the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV). The VTAG is designed to provide financial assistance to Virginia domiciled residents. Through the program, total $4,950 award amount will be offered to Undergraduate students ($3,300) and graduate students ($1,650).

Worship Lifestyle Scholarship

Liberty University is pleased to announce the Worship Lifestyle Scholarship to one student who submits an essay (500-1,500 words) and one student who submits a testimony (250 words). Retention Priority Program

The Student Advocate Office is pleased to continue offering the Priority Program for current undergraduate full-time resident Liberty University students. As a current student, they know you understand the importance of registering and completing Financial Check-In (FCI) as early as you are able. 32 current undergraduate students will have a chance to win for both the Register ($1,750) and Reconcile ($2,000) drawing deadlines and 4 students at each level as determined by the Registrar’s Office (freshman, sophomore, Junior, and Senior).

Valedictorian/Salutatorian Scholarship

Liberty University is glad to announce the Valedictorian/Salutatorian Scholarship. To eligible, the student must have a cumulative un-weighted high school GPA of 3.50 AND a 1290+ SAT score from before March 2016 (critical reading and math sections only), a 1350+ SAT score from March 2016 or beyond (evidence-based reading/writing and math only) and/or a composite 29+ ACT. 100 percent tuition only scholarship (after subtracting other non-loan financial aid such as institutional aid, Pell, FSEOG, VTAG, etc.) per year for up to four consecutive academic years. The 2018-19 application will be made available January 1, 2018.

Academic Transfer Student Scholarships

Liberty University is pleased to announce the Academic scholarships that can help make tuition more affordable to you. The program is open to transfer students. To receive a scholarship, the applicants must have GPA 3.80 – 4.00 for $5,000, GPA 3.30 – 3.79 for $2,500, and GPA – 3.00 – 3.29 for $1,500.

Heroes Fund Scholarship (HFS)

Liberty University is proud of their country’s heroes who have given so much for our freedom. To show appreciation for their service members who have been wounded while protecting their liberties, the University has created the Heroes Fund Scholarship (HFS). The program is offered to service members and honorably discharged Gulf War veterans pursuing their first Certificate, Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree. Students approved for this scholarship will be awarded an amount to cover all remaining tuition and fees once financial aid has been deducted from the total amount of tuition and fees charged.
