LasikPlus “My Vision” Scholarship

The LasikPlus is recently accepting applications for its “My Vision” Scholarship. The program applies on the U.S full-time freshman, sophomore, junior, senior and graduate students enrolled at an accredited university within the U.S.

The award is an initiative taken by the company to financially assist students who require funds to accomplish their studies. The company will be handing over a sufficient amount to the recipient to complete his/her goals.

The LCA-Vision is a provider of photorefractive keratectomy in the United States under the LasikPlus brand. It serves for Custom LASIK and monovision treatment used to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism and reduce the effects of presbyopia.

Who May Eligible?

Candidates may look over the eligibility criteria given below:

  • Must be a full-time freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student currently enrolled at an accredited university within the U.S. or its territories.
  • Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Must be a citizen or legal permanent resident of the United States or its territories, or otherwise have a student visa.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit their essay electronically by sending it, via email, to scholarship@lasikplus.com in a PDF document.

Supporting Documents

  • The essay should not exceed 700 words but must be a minimum of 500 words.
  • Citations and bibliography are not included in the word count.
  • The essay must be including the entrant’s full name, name of the University of College of enrollment, current major, email address and phone number where the entrant can be contacted

Benefits

The LasikPlus “My Vision” Scholarship includes a prize of $2,500, which is to be used toward tuition, fees, books and board, or any other education expenses.
