La Jolla Mom offers a scholarship program for undergraduates or graduates in Communication or related fields at an accredited college in the United States. This program provides an opportunity to those students who want to seek education and make their career in communication or related field. For this, they need to write an essay about their interest in pursuing education in the communications field, etc. As this scholarship belongs to those students who are interested in making their future in communication or related field, this brings them a good opportunity.
The applicants will get picked for awards based on their application and their written essay, which will show their interest in growing their career in communication or related field. From all the applications received, two scholars will get selected for a scholarship of $500 which will be given to each deserving candidate. The amount will be used for their education-related purposes, such as managing their books and other materials expenses and other required fees. This will motivate and encourage students to seek education to succeed in the communications field.
The la Jolla Mom was started to help people worldwide who plan to visit San Diego and beyond by Katie. She believed that a communication course allows students to choose a career path, including launching an online business, as she did. Students can find a number of ways through communication courses, and that’s why this scholarship provides support to students to make their choice in this field.

Who is Eligible?
- Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in a communication field of study who attend or plan to attend an accredited college or university within the United States
- Must be a U.S. citizen and age 18 years or older at the time the scholarship is awarded to them
- Full time and part-time students may apply
How to Apply?
The eligible applicants who are interested in applying for this program should write an essay describing why they are interested in pursuing a career in the communication field, explaining why they are the best candidates for this opportunity and how they will use this scholarship; with this, students must explain their background such as where they come from, family background, financial status, etc. If the applicant gets selected for awards, they must provide proof of acceptance or a college transcript. Benefits
The students applying for this program will be selected based on their application and the essay they have written about their career choice in the communication field. For each selected applicant among two applicants, $500 will be provided. The amount will be only used for their education-related expenses such as tuition fees, books, and other related fees. This will encourage students to pursue their education in this field, and they will get motivated to choose their communication-related field and make the best out of it as there are many opportunities for this field, as communication is one of the essential parts in accordance to starting any business, job, career, etc. And this program will give them a way of thinking in this field.

The applicant will use the scholarship amount in accordance with IRS scholarship guidelines, or the amount can also be dispersed to the student’s college or university Bursar’s office.
Application Deadline
All the passionate and interested applicants in making their future in communication and related field should submit their application before the opportunity expires, i.e., before April 01, 2022. The delayed applications will not be considered eligible for this program.
