For the last 50 years, Geri Terry, an original mother of Ketonia has been baking delicious food. In 2007 Geri decided to finally turn her life-long passion into a career and attended the Culinary Institute LeNotre. After graduating in 2009 with a degree in baking and pastry, Geri spent 9 years in commercial kitchens honing her skills as a French pastry chef. Geri, however, has not always been a follower of the Ketogenic diet. Geri did not become a Ketonian for the first 5 years of her son’s journey, but after countless hours of hearing her son lecture on the science-backed behind the ketogenic diet, and seeing the results of the diet first hand, she decided to do the most taboo thing a french pastry chef can do-become a follower off the ketogenic diet. She brings an unrelenting desire to create foods that fit the nutritional needs of someone on the ketogenic diet without sacrificing taste or texture.
