Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union Foundation is introducing you to their annual scholarship by John D. Unangst Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship was started in the memory of John D. Unangst. The foundation’s Board of Directors named its grant program in honor of John’s 25th commemoration with the Credit Union in 2001. Today, FMFCU Foundation proceeds the practice by granting five $3,000 grants for qualified educational expenses. This year, the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union Foundation will grant five one-time $3,000 John D. Unangst Remembrance Scholarships to secondary school seniors who will go to a full-time course of study at a certified college or university. All grant beneficiaries will be perceived at the Partners in Education Celebration on March 31, 2022, at the Drexelbrook Catering and Special Event Center in Drexel Hill, PA.
Regarding qualification, the qualified candidate should be a graduating secondary school senior who will go to a full-time course of study at a certified two (2) or four (4) year college, university, trade, specialized, or business college. Beneficiaries should have the option to go to the 2022 FMFCU Foundation Celebration on March 31, 2022, at the Drexelbrook Corporate Events Center, actually to acknowledge the honor. Workers and volunteers of Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union and Franklin Mint Government Credit Union Foundation, their associates, and their close relatives are ineligible to apply for the scholarship.
