JCI Scholarships for Graduating High School Seniors

The Junior Chamber International(JCI) Senate Foundation of the United States has declared a scholarship program for the year 2022. Students who are high school seniors and have plans to pursue their education at accredited post-secondary colleges, universities, or vocational schools can apply for this scholarship program. Every year these programs are conducted by this Foundation to provide educational assistance to the students of the United States.

The applicants selected for this scholarship program, depending on their application, including family background and financial status, will be awarded $1,000. The amount received will be used for the student’s educational requirements, which will help students to manage their tuition fees, books, accommodation, and other education-related assistance.

The JCI scholarship program was founded in the year 200 and is an independent organization having its constitution and bylaws. Their mission is to provide educational assistance to deserving candidates and provide them with the necessary resources to pursue their education and achieve their goals.

Who is Eligible?

Applicant must:

  • Be a graduating high school senior in the United States, where that state has an active JCI Senate program
  • Be a U.S. citizen

How to Apply?

The applicants who fit the eligibility criteria and want to apply for this scholarship program can submit their applications. All the applications will be accepted in the word compatible format, typed or neatly hand printed (blue or black ink only), which will include the applicant’s information, high school contacts, college information, parent or guardian information, financial statement, school, church and community activities, leadership positions & offices/membership/honors and awards, employment (if available), with a personal statement about why they need this scholarship and their goals and achievements, college or university acceptance letter, also attach some supporting documents of the applicant’s choice (awards, certificate, articles, etc.), three reference letters and a school transcript stating student’s ACT/SAT national test scores and must sign at the bottom of personal statement section.

On each page student’s name should be mentioned along with the page number. And all these details should be submitted under one cover with a photograph (2.5*3.5inches) taped on white paper with name and state, and lastly, by signing the application permit, the US JCI to use the information.

The students who will get selected for this scholarship program will be awarded $1,000. The amount will be used for their educational and institutional requirements and related fees such as tuition assistance, room, books, and other materials. The requirements will be managed by this amount. This will help students pursue their higher education and grow their careers in the field of their choice.

Application Deadline

The applicants who want to take benefit of this scholarship and are eligible should fill the application form and attach all the required documents and submit it before the deadline of January 14, 2022. Delayed applications will not get accepted and will be declared ineligible for this scholarship program.
