In addition, it’ll be less tempting to procrastinate on studying when you know that you have a specific time reserved for it each day!
I would recommend studying for at least an hour each day. This will help you stay on top of schoolwork while also leaving some time for breaks.
9. Use a Timer
When it comes to studying, using a timer can be very helpful. This way, you’ll know how long you’ve been studying and how much longer you have left. This is especially helpful if you study in sets. Setting a timer also helps you stay on task since it’ll let you know when your time is almost up!
I would recommend setting the timer for different intervals, depending on what kind of studying you’re doing. For example, if you’re reading or working through math problems, set the timer for 30 minutes at a time. This will help you focus on school work for a more extended time without getting too tired!
10. Take Care of Yourself with Some Downtime – Don’t Get Too Stressed out about Everything Going on Around You!
It’s important to remember that everything is going to be okay. Even if you’re feeling a little stressed or overwhelmed, try not to let it get out of control. Take a few deep breaths and do some calming exercises. Spend a few minutes doing something you enjoy, like listening to music or reading a book. The best way to build a habit is to create a routine and stick with it. One of the most effective ways to do this is by studying at the same time every day.
