- Submit a normal postgraduate application to the University of Exeter for the MEd TESOL program and obtain an Exeter student number before applying for the scholarship.

- Once you receive an Exeter student number, complete the Hornby Scholarship application form here.
- When completing the scholarship application, include a covering letter (800 words max) addressing specific questions related to challenges faced by English language teachers and how the MEd TESOL at the University of Exeter will help overcome these challenges.
