Herr works as a Nottingham, Pennsylvania-based brand of potato chips and other snack foods. Their products are sold around the Eastern United States and Canada, and their stronghold is the Mid-Atlantic region. Its products are sold in all 50 states in the U.S. and over 40 countries.

Who May Eligible?
To participate, the candidates must be following the eligibility guidelines:
- Must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
- Must be at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.
- Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, Quench, Pavone Marketing Group, and any of their respective owners, parent companies, affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, advertising, promotion and production agencies, agents and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- All federal, state, and local laws apply.
How to Apply
Eligible entrants can make their entry during the Promotion Period by visiting www.summer.herrs.com website and completing the registration form which includes the first and last name, valid e-mail address, phone number, street address city, state, and zip code. Each entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes after the first time playing the Instant Win Game.
