Fellows must be a high school senior planning or already enrolled in the University of Texas undergraduate or graduate program to be eligible. Candidates must have high SAT or ACT scores and should demonstrate financial need, leadership and character and Volunteer and community service activities.
The University of Texas is the dream of many students. Still, the raised costs may be an obstacle between the best education and students, and the students who come from economically unstable backgrounds cannot afford this education. The Haraldson Foundation is willing to help these students pursue a quality higher education at the University of Texas and achieve their dreams. These scholarships reduce the financial stress on students and encourage them to do better in their careers.
Beulah Mae Wunderlich founded the Haraldson Foundation on May 14, 1925. She came from a financially unstable background and faced a lot of difficulties and have a bad past in terms of finances. She enrolled in the University of Texas for her pre-medical studies, and there she developed a huge respect and affection towards the university. She loved anything about the university and understood that its time gives back to the university who was the pioneer of her success.

How to Apply
Only the eligible candidates are welcomed to apply for these great scholarships. Candidates will need to complete the online application with all the mandatory details. Fellows should submit the fully completed application before the deadlines. Inadequate data will not be accepted.
Supporting Documents
Two essays of a maximum 400 words on what are your career goals and why and examples of your impact of society is required.

Benefits
Ten students will be selected and awarded with the scholarships. The scholarship amount is $40000. The Distributions is done of $5,000 per semester for 8 (or less) consecutive semesters. These scholarships efficiently reduce the financial stress on students and motivate them to work hard towards their dreams. The amount must only be utilized to pay the educational expenses of the students like tuition, fees, books and other associated costs.

Applications for these scholarships will close on December 1, 2020. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed to award scholarship.
