Who May Be Eligible?

  • ACT and SAT scores are not required.
  • Applicants must have attended an eligible public high school;
  • FAFSA EFC must not exceed $6,500;
  • Candidates should be U.S. Citizens;
  • Entrants should have achieved a 3.75 CGPA using a 4.0 Scale;
  • Recipients should be ranked by the school and in the top 20% of the high school graduating class;
  • Aspirants must be enrolled at an eligible four-year college or university in the first semester following high school graduation.
  • Candidates must work 240 hours in the twelve months before the start of each year of college.

  • Participants must not have a felony conviction.
