The Gulf Coast Community Foundation was founded in 1995 and to the date the Foundation is a home of more than 1000 families who created their own charitable funds, and together with them, the Foundation has invested over $400 million in Scholarships and other Grant’s in the areas of health and human services, civic and economic development, arts and culture, education and the environment and more.

Who May Be Eligible
All the Scholarships have varying requirements. The basic and mandatory requirements are given below:
- Students who reside in Sarasota County, Charlotte County, or Boca Grande are eligible.
- Fellows should have a plan to attend a qualifying postsecondary institution during the 2021-22 academic year to be considered.
How to Apply
All the eligible students should apply for the Scholarships by using an online application form. Please complete all the necessary information as per instruction in the Scholarships application with other supporting materials. Check the deadline properly and submit the applications before it as late submissions will not be accepted by the Foundation. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
