The Great Khalid Foundation is overwhelmed to introduce its Performing Arts Scholarship Program for the year 2020. The award applies to high school seniors within the United States. The seniors must be pursuing higher education in a performing arts program.
The perspective of this program is to assist scholars with a valuable amount to accomplish their higher education. The recipients will acquire their higher education without any tension of financial hurdles coming across.
The Great Khalid Foundation has the aim of impacting the lives of children by alleviating a burden of financial need. They assist peoples through several education programs, scholarships awards, community partnerships and gift giveaways.
Who May Eligible?
The candidates are asked to review the given criteria before applying:
- Must have a 3.5 GPA
- Must be accepted into a Performing Arts College or University Program
How to Apply
The complete application form with the required documents is to be submitted by emailing to scholarships@TheGreatKhalidFoundation.org
Supporting Documents:
- A high school transcript
- An acceptance letter or letter of verification
- A Video of 3 – 5-minute performance video on YouTube and also provide the link
- An Essay of 500 – 1000 words answering the following questions “1. What has your art meant to you? 2. What do you think your art can bring to the world? 3. Describe your influences and why/how they impacted your own craft.”
Benefits
The winners of the scholarship will receive a valuable amount of $10,000. The award will cover tuition expenses for the upcoming 2020-2021 academic school year.
Application Deadline
The applications are open to apply until March 31, 2022, for the scholarship program.
