Who May Eligible
To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Applicant must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
- All the participants must plan to pursue a career in state/provincial or local government finance.
- The student has not been a past winner of a GFOA scholarship.
