GCCA’s 3rd Annual Concrete in Life Photography Competition

Global Cement and Concrete Association has come up again with its amazing “3rd annual Concrete in Life Photography Competition”. This is an annual program that gives photographers, whether professional or amateur, a chance to showcase their talent and launch their careers. The Concrete in Life photography competition is easy to enter and available to amateur and professional photographers across the world. This year’s contest is holding four categories: #UrbanConcrete; #ConcreteInfrastructure; #ConcreteInDailyLife; #SustainableConcrete. One professional and one amateur photographer will be selected from each category for the award. One of the finalists will receive the overall Best “Concrete in Life” Photo of the Year prize.

The overall Best “Concrete in Life” Photo of the Year winner will get a $10,000 prize, and the remaining winners from each category will win a $2,500 prize. The theme of this year’s contest is “Concrete in Life”. In today’s time, concrete has become an essential part of our lives. It is the most widely used human-made product that is used to build homes, roads, bridges and pavement etc. From our offices to homes, we are surrounded by concrete, sustainable building material of choice. It provides safe, durable and resilient structures as well as providing the basis for renewable energy infrastructure. In uncertain times of life, concrete keeps us safe and makes us feel protected. It gives a new definition to society and plays a vital role in the same as well. As a part of this competition, you will have to click some fantastic photo reflecting the theme and send it to the organization to get consideration for the award.

Global Cement and Concrete Association is an international organization that has represented about 35% of the worldwide industry of Cement and Concrete. It was formed in 2018 and operated its headquarters in London, United Kingdom.

Amateur and professional photographers will be distinguished with the help of information given in candidates’ profile bios. You can help the judges by specifying whether you are amateur or experienced in your submission.
