In order to avail of this scholarship, students must have an understanding of foreclosures and how the widespread of this pandemic (Covid-19) is affecting the market. In order to avail of this scholarship, students must write an essay between 800 to 2000 words in English about their understanding of how this pandemic has affected homeowners facing foreclosures. The essay must also include other issues, including how the pandemic has affected the auction process and what impact it has left on home buyers and investors in 2021. Â Â
This scholarship will not only provide financial aid to students but also is giving a chance to test their knowledge while working with the essay. There will be a total of three prizes; the winner will be receiving a scholarship amount of $2500, whereas second and third place will receive $500 each.
