Fordham University Scholarships

Want to pursue your higher education but have financial woes? Here is some good news for you! Fordham University is extending its hand to help students achieve a good education by providing scholarships to students who wish to study at Fordham. Entering freshmen can apply to Fordham to avail of these scholarships. The scholarships are awarded based on merit and need and will almost cover most of the tuition fees.

Fordham University understands the value of education. Hence, the scholarships are designed to help students with their educational journey. The main aim of the scholarships is to encourage students to pursue and enroll in the institution for higher education. Another important factor of the scholarships is that it diminishes the risk of not being able to pay full tuition. Since most of the scholarships are educational funds, it should be more than enough for students to complete their education.

Fordham is a Jesuit private university located in New York City. It follows in the footsteps of the Jesuit principles of striving for excellence in everything one does, caring for others, and fighting for justice. The university was founded in 1841 as St. John’s College and was the first catholic institution for higher education at that time. In 1846, the institution was sold to the Jesuit professional educators, and since then the university is known to be a Jesuit university. With a total undergraduate enrollment of 9,767, students are spread across its urban 93 acres campus. The student-faculty ratio at Fordham University is 13:1 and students can be part of classes with a smaller number of people.
