Eligibility Criteria
The FLAS Fellowship is open to both undergraduate and graduate students with a passion for Luso-Brazilian, Haitian, or indigenous languages. Undergraduate applicants must have attained intermediate-level proficiency in the target language, while graduate students should be advanced speakers of another Latin American language if at the beginner level.
