Face the Future Foundation, is happy to announce that they are presenting to you the Adrienne L. Green Scholarship for the students in desperate need of funds to acquire education. To apply for the following program, the candidates must complete the application procedure by providing all the necessary and reliable information and required documents. After being selected, the candidate can also be requested to provide documentation to verify the data given by the candidate. The applications should be submitted no later than October 31, 2021, at 4:00 pm Central Time. Inadequate or late applications won’t be acknowledged.
The candidate applying for the scholarship will need to provide proof of enrolment or acceptance when applying. The documentation should be submitted to Face the Future Foundation within six months of the receipts of money. The Grant installment will be directly made to the institution the candidate is attending or will be attending. The winner should utilize the funds granted towards any outrageous conditions past the candidate’s control. If the candidate neglects to satisfy the essential requirements, the candidate will be disqualified and should return the funds to Face the Future Foundation. The winner of the following scholarship will be notified by Monday, November 15, 2021.
The Face the Future Foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of Chicago-area children born with craniofacial differences by offering them all the medical care and giving them access to related research and education to help them build brighter futures. Their ultimate mission is to provide them with the optimum healthcare facilities and end the discrimination that the children with such differences face in society.

Who is Eligible?
Following are the eligibility requirements for the following scholarship contest:
- High school graduates or students enrolled at an accredited two-year college, four-year college, or vocational/trade school are encouraged to apply.
How to Apply?
To enter the following scholarship program, the interested individuals must fill out the application form given on the scholarship portal and submit it there only.
Candidates can also include a simple poem in the same application form or can consist of a photo collage, a podcast, a short video, or another creative platform of their choosing. Also, please note that submissions sent in an essay format will not be considered.

The participants are required to send a copy of their transcript or most recent report card to Scholarship@facethefuturefoundation.org.
Benefits
The applications submitted will be reviewed and judged by the scholarship committee. Out of all, the most deserving candidates will be selected as the winners of the following scholarship and be granted the respective funds to use towards preparation, application, and attendance at their respective college or school, barring any extreme circumstances beyond the applicant’s control.
