The University of Nebraska–Lincoln is assisting students in completing their higher education with the help of their Engler Scholarship Program. This program is made available for the undergraduate student engaged in the College of Agriculture Sciences and Natural Resources. Students who are a high school senior or planning to transfer from another college may also apply for the scholarship program.

Who May Be Eligible?
Applicants have to meet up with the below criteria to apply for the scholarship:
- Open for the undergraduate student in the College of Agriculture Sciences and Natural Resources (If you are currently a high school senior or planning to transfer from another college, please apply if you plan to declare a major in CASNR.)
- Students must have had FFA or 4-H experience previously.
- Must demonstrate a passion for entrepreneurship, have experience in business enterprises as an employee, owner, family member, FFA SAE project, or any number of other avenues that have stoked the fire in your belly for free enterprise
How to Apply
Candidates who are eligible according to the given eligibility have to submit an online application form. Once applicants have submitted their application online, they have to send an email to engler@unl.edu with your name, email address, phone number, and 1-page resume. (HOTMAIL Users: UNL has problems sending/receiving to Hotmail accounts; students must submit an alternate email address).
Benefits
The University of Nebraska will provide scholarships from range $1,000 to $6,000 for an academic year. Students will be eligible to reapply for each year of their undergraduate career. Also, a limited number of renewable scholarships are also awarded each year. These awards will help recipients to complete their education easily.
Application Deadline
The scholarship application process opens on October 8, 2020, with a deadline for all submissions of midnight (CST) on January 4, 2021. Late or incomplete applications by students will not be applicable.
