The Joe W. and Dorothy Dorsett Brown Foundation are dedicated to helping people in need. The Foundation’s governing body adopted its goal statement: Alleviate Human Suffering, under the proud and deeply dedicated leadership of American military hero D. Paul Spencer, a long-time employee, and friend of the Browns. Significant progress has been made in determining the funding’s direction and scope. The endowment funds of the foundation were wisely invested in accordance with modern portfolio theory.
