The Elks National Foundation is ecstatic to announce its Most Valuable Student Scholarship Contest conducted for the year 2021. The program is available for the students who are current high school seniors, or the equivalent, and also citizens of the United States. Applicants do not need to be related to a member of the Elks to be eligible.
The program is created to serving your community in ways that will raise the Lodge’s profile, energize the membership, and encourage former members to return to the fold. The mission of the Elks Contest is to help Elks build healthier communities and students in their higher education career pathway.
Elks invest in their communities by programs that help children grow up healthy and drug-free, meet the needs of today’s veterans, and improve the quality of life. The ENF can help Elks build healthier communities thanks to contributions from our generous donors.

Who May Be Eligible?
To be eligible for the scholarship aspirants must include the below requirements:
- Open to any high school senior who is a citizen of the United States.
- All students need not be related to a member of the Elks.
- College students are not eligible to apply.
- All participants must be citizens of the United States on the date their applications are signed; permanent legal resident status does not qualify.
- Male and female students compete separately.
How to Apply
All the eligible participants who want to apply for this program can directly apply electronically through the online application form provided on the official site. The students are asked to log in to their account to get access to their scholarship form, which is to be filled completely to get consideration.
Rules
- In all correspondence relating to a student who has been awarded a scholarship, we must have the full name and the ENF ID of the student.
- Students must have the school send to our Chicago office, the completed Verification of Enrollment form, whereupon, we will issue our check, payable to the school, and mail it directly to the school to establish a credit in the name of the student. We will notify the student when we mail the check.

The winners of the program will get to receive the below prizes:
- First Place: 2 awards of $50,000 each
- Second Place: 2 prizes of $40,000 each
- Third Place: 2 grants of $30,000 each
- Fourth Place: 14 awards of $20,000 each
- Runners Up: 480 awards of $4000 each
