Who May Be Eligible?
To eligible, the candidates must be following all the eligibility criteria:
- Participants must be a legal U.S. resident residing in the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia, a legal Puerto Rican resident, or a Canadian legal resident (excluding Quebec)
- Must be is eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry (each fully eligible person a “Participant”).
- Employees, officers, and directors of Effy Jewelry and each of their respective parents, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies, franchisees, contractors, consultants, legal counsel, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, website providers, webmasters, and advertising and promotional, public relations, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, and each of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
- Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.
How to Apply
Entrants are provided with three ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
- To enter the Sweepstakes by completing the Sweepstakes Application, visit EffyJewelry.com/sweepstakes, and follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Sweepstakes.
- To enter the Sweepstakes via electronic mail, you must email your full name, physical address including city, state/province/country, zip/postal code, telephone number, and date of birth in the body of a standard email message to sweepstakes@effyjewelry.com.
- To enter the Sweepstakes via mail, you must send a 3 x 5 postcard with your full name, email address, address including city, state/province/country, zip/postal code, contact number and date of birth in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: “Effy Summer Sweepstakes Giveaway, 7 West 45th Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10036.
