Fellows should be a High School Students Grades 11th– 12th or any high school student concurrently enrolled in college and or a College Students 21 years old or younger to be eligible for all these scholarships.
The ECOC or the educate children of colour is dedicated to making education easier for all the students, especially for the children’s of colour. The firm is willing to reduce the financial burden of the students and help them to pay for their education. The firm has initiated these scholarships to make education accessible to everyone. The programs are easily accessible so that multiple students can have access to it. The programs are only to help the students and make their future shine.
The Educate Children of Color started in 2007, with a motive of helping the deserving students complete their higher education without financial worries. The number of students receiving support through their excellent programs, increasing the number of students attending. - George Harris Memorial Scholarship: One scholarship in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded.
- Beauty Bar Scholarship: One scholarship in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded.
- Ann Delores Scott Memorial Scholarship: Two scholarship(s) in the amount of $500 will be awarded.
- Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Scholarship: Two scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each will be awarded.
- Edna Williams Memorial Scholarship: One (1) or two (2) scholarship(s) in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded.
- The ECOC Teacher’s Grant Award (Educators Only): Two grants in the amount of $500 will be awarded.
