The East Central Regional Arts Council knows that there are hardly any initiatives to appreciate the artists. Appreciation empowers people internally, and for doing that and motivating artists to achieve their purpose, the council has created these grants. The East Central Regional Arts Council is a non-profit organization that started on July 1, 2011. The council has designed various programs that can motivate the growth of the artists through all possible means. The organization serves a five-county area of Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs and Pine counties in Minnesota.
