E2E Partners P-16 Scholarships

Employment to Education Partners is pleased to award driven students that want to pursue their education and career training the 2022 P-16 Scholarships for the academic year 2022-2023. Two scholarships of $500 will be awarded altogether.

All graduating seniors from a 2022 P-16 Council Member District apply to an accredited education and career training programme in Texas.  All students from Aransas, bee, Brooks, Duval, Jum Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Live Oak, McMullen, Nueces, and San Patricio County can apply for this scholarship award. The students awarded this $500 scholarship are expected to demonstrate financial assistance by filling SAR or TAFSA.

Formerly known as the Citizens for Education Excellence, Employment to Education Partners is a non-profit community organization established in 2003 by the Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce Foundation to improve high school graduation.  E2E is led by 17 board members and provides youth programs, conducts professional development for educators, leads education forums, and establishes programs designed to increase postsecondary and career success.

Who is Eligible?

  • The applicants must be residents of Aransas, bee, Brooks, Duval, Jum Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Live Oak, McMullen, Nueces, or San Patricio County. 
  • Applicants must apply to be admitted to any of the Council Member institutes that are:
  • Coastal Bend College, Craft Training Center of the Coastal Bend, Del Mar College, Texas A&M University-Corpus Thai, Texas A&M University – Kingsville, and the University of the Incarnate Word.  
  • The applicants must demonstrate the financial assistance required by submitting their Students Aid Report (SAR) or the Texas Application for the State Financial Aid (TAFSA) for 2022-2023.

How to Apply?          

The applicants are first required to gain admission in either of the eligible council member institutes in any desired degree programme via its application process. Then, to apply for this scholarship, the students must submit an essay of 300 words describing their educational and career goals and how this scholarship will help them with it to angelap@edexcellence.org along with the SAT or TAFSA email confirmation page.


The candidates selected by the Employment to Education Partners will be provided a scholarship award of $500. This award will directly be paid to the college or university of the workforce training program.

Application Deadline

The last day to apply is 30th April 2022. By this date, the applicants must submit the 300-word essay and the confirmation page to the concerned authority by mail.
