Applications are open for the Dr Kyle Hornby Annual Scholarship presented by the Enamel Republic Family Dentistry. The award is created to help and motivate those outstanding scholars in their further educational career.
The program is inviting students who are enrolled in a pre-Graduate level program at a University/College within North American. The applicants must also be interested in a career as a Dentist, a Dental Hygienist, or as a Dental Assistant.
Enamel Republic Family Dentistry was founded in 1977 and had been providing high-calibre dental care to local families. They have been providing exceptional Dentistry in Kitchener-Waterloo for more than 40 years.
Who May Eligible?
The candidates need to meet up with the below criteria to qualify the program:
- Applicants must be enrolled in a pre-Graduate level program at a University or College in North America.
- Applicant must demonstrate an academic average above 3.5 throughout their current pre-Graduate program.
How to Apply
The eligible students can fill their details through an online scholarship form which is displayed on the bottom of the main website.
Supporting Documents
- Must submit a short, written essay (1000 words or fewer) stating why they are pursuing a career in Dentistry as well as what characteristics they feel make an excellent and effective dental professional.

Benefits
The College or Undergraduate University student will be handed over a $1000 scholarship through the program. The grant is to be used to cover any educational expenses.
