The Donald De La Haye No Regrets Scholarship intends to make available financial support for those students who are athletes and want to pursue a career in sports. High school seniors are invited to be a part of this program.
This scholarship will make students able to follow their sports passion while pursuing their degree program at college and university. It will recognize their skills and talent and give them an opportunity to shine. With the support of this funding program, talented student-athletes can easily follow a dual career; achieve their degree whilst simultaneously reaching their sporting potential. Students, who belong to low-income household and don’t have enough resources, cannot afford to follow their passion at the same time earning a higher education. Due to the lack of money, then have to leave their one dream. But a scholarship can prevent them to do so by easing up their financial burden.
