The FAPAC or Federal Asian Pacific American Council has designed the scholarship to help the students who belong to AAPI heritage. The scholarship program is simply dedicated to reducing the financial stress of the students and encourage them to achieve all the success they deserve. The council is passionate about making education easier for the students with their different programs. The council understands that higher education is the right of everyone and for making it easier this program has been designed.
The Federal Asian Pacific American Council or FAPAC founded in 1985 is a non-profit organization which is representing the APA or Asian Pacific American employees in district governments. The council is dedicatedly providing and representing the Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. The council is the largest and the oldest AAPI affinity group for federally employed Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. The council initiates different programs and other initiatives for making it more comfortable for these people.

Winning candidates will receive a stipend of $5000 for their education. This scholarship will effectively free students from educational expenses burden.
