Dan Zanowiak Memorial Scholarship

Oklahoma City Community Foundation is keen on supporting students with the help of different scholarship programs. Oklahoma City Community Foundation is now expecting applications for its wonderful Dan Zanowiak Memorial Scholarship. The United States citizens who are graduating from Edmonds Santa Fe high school with at least a six semesters tenure in the Edmond public schools are eligible. Candidates who demonstrate a commitment to a career or an area of study with a focus on quantitative analysis like engineering, computer science, finance, biochemistry, mathematics, etc. are welcome to apply.

The goal of the foundation behind this program is to support the deserving students in completing their education free of stress. The foundation initiates different scholarship programs to provide the necessary funding to the students to help them through their academic debts. This scholarship helps students in continuing their education without any worries about their finances and provides them with needed funds. This program encourages students to do better in their academics and to grow it in the right direction.

Oklahoma City Community Foundation since 1969 is working with donors to create charitable funds that benefit the community both now and in the future. Oklahoma City Community Foundations wellness initiative is working to combat the low health statistic in Oklahoma. The community foundation reimagined portions of the initiative. Who May Be Eligible?

Follow the below-mentioned requirements before applying for the program:

  • The United States citizens who are graduating from Edmonds Santa Fe high school with at least a six semesters tenure in the Edmond public schools are eligible.
  • Candidates who demonstrate a commitment to a career or an area of study with a focus on quantitative analysis e.gn engineering, computer science, finance, biochemistry, mathematics, etc. are eligible.
  • An individual should have a GPA above 3.0 and a math sub-score above 24.

Benefits

The selected student will receive an amount of $5000. Funds may be used for education-related expenses such as tuition, fees, and books at any academically accredited public two years, four years, or vocational-technical non-profit institutions in Oklahoma. Payments will be directly made to the school.
