Crystal Green Memorial High School and Undergraduate Scholarship

Blood Assurance is a nonprofit, full-service regional blood centre providing services to health care facilities in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina. Established in 1972 as a joint effort of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Medical Society, the mission of this organization is to provide a safe and adequate supply of blood and blood components at a reasonable cost to every area patient in need.

Who May Be Eligible

  • Aspirants must be high school senior planning to enter an accredited two or four-year college or university the following fall. It must be a public or private not-for-profit institution where you can receive an associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and score at least a 20 on the ACT or 950 on the SAT (cumulative).
  • NO applicant will be awarded more than one Crystal Green Memorial Scholarship, and the scholarship is non-renewable.
  • Financial need is a consideration.
