The County Prosecutors Association is announcing the annual availability of scholarships for college, law and graduate students who are residents of New Jersey named Oscar W. Rittenhouse Memorial Scholarship, Andrew K Ruotolo, Jr Memorial Scholarship, Harris Y Cotton Memorial scholarship, John H Stamler Memorial Scholarship. If you need financial support to complete your education, then you have a chance to apply for any of the scholarships depending on the eligibility requirements.
The aim of initiating these scholarships is the ultimate development of New Jersey. The foundation believes that young students are the future of the state and the country. To create a well civilized developed society, young students should get a deserving education. The association aims to improve the standard of living of the state, and the right way to do that is education. These four different scholarships will vigorously grow students towards their dream careers.

Candidate should have an interest in pursuing a career as a prosecutor with an emphasis on Domestic Violence or hate Crime prosecutions
- John H. Stamler Memorial Scholarship
Candidates should be a New Jersey resident and sworn law enforcement officer seeking educational advancement on a college or graduate level to improve his or her effectiveness as a law enforcement officer
