Chuan Ai Lu Engstrom Memorial $1000 Scholarships

PCB solutions is organizing a “Chaun Ai Lu Engstrom Memorial Scholarship Contest” in memory of the late wife of PCB solutions’ president Greg Engstrom. Any existing full-time college student attending an accredited American university can participate in the following contest. The participants are required to write a minimum 800-word essay, and the best out of them will be awarded the one-time scholarship amount of $1,000.

The following scholarship contest is a tribute to the former employee “chain ai lu Engstrom” of PCB solutions, the late wife of president Greg Engstrom. She died in 2014 from uterine cancer. She is still remembered as the most optimistic and loving human being who never gave up. Not even in her worst times when she was suffering and was in so much pain. She was a warrior and will always be remembered as a warrior. This scholarship is in honor of her loving, kind and positive legacy.

Who is Eligible?

Following are the eligibility requirements that need to be satisfied for participating in the following scholarship contest:

  • The applicant must be an existing, full-time student of an accredited American university or college
  • The applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.
  • There is no age requirement.

How to Apply?

The interested individuals can apply for this following contest by writing a minimum 800-word essay on the topic: Discuss your vision of electronic design, engineering, and manufacturing in the global economy.” The candidate can take help from the following points:

  • The applicant can describe any experience in manufacturing, logistics, electrical or mechanical engineering, or business that would support your vision.
  • The applicant can provide entrepreneurial ideas about international business, startups, and how your management style would be fruitful in your success.
  •  The following topic is quite broad and can include: healthcare, business, science, engineering, etc.

Remember not to make your essay all about your history. You may talk about yourself, your history, why education is important to you, and how you will use your scholarship money in a short video or short written summary.

Benefits

The PCB solutions scholarship committee will review all the submissions. The winner will be announced on August 15 for the fall semester and December 15 for the spring semester on the Scholarship Award Winners page. The scholarship program will continue with two different winners each calendar year.

The winners will be notified via email and awarded a one-time scholarship amount of $1,000. The scholarship amount can only be used for school-related expenses. The amount will be transferred through cheque directly to the concerned college or university for academic costs. Applicants are only eligible to benefit from this scholarship once in their lifetime.

Also, the best essay submissions will be sourced and referenced to the reputed publications by PCB solutions.

Application Deadline

The application submission deadline for the following scholarship contest is August 1, 2021, for the fall semester, and December 1, 2021, for the spring semester.
