How to Apply?
In order to apply for the following grant, the entrants need to complete the provided entry form by providing all the correct and reliable information and, along with that, write down a 400-600 word essay answering the following question:
Why do you volunteer for a fire department or EMT service?
The winner recipients might be called upon to provide proof of enrolment in the form of official transcripts to verify their student status at the mentioned university or college.
The announcement for winning recipients will be made public on February 23, 2023, and the five winning recipients will be given one-time scholarship money of $2,030 each. The prize money will be transferred via cheque to the institution’s financial aid office the candidate is currently attending. In case the institution has no office of financial assistance, the amount will be directly transferred to the candidate.
The deadline to submit your essays is January 15, 2022. No submissions will be accepted after the deadline.
