Who is Eligible?
To apply for this program, the candidate must fulfill the following criteria:
- Applicants must be undergraduate students majoring in Supply Chain Management who are currently enrolled in college in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, California or who have a permanent address in one of those states.
- Candidates must have proven academic excellence as well as leadership and character.

- Current transcript demonstrating current enrollment, major, and grade point average
- Scholarship application form filled out and signed
- Two recommendations must be filled out and delivered under separate cover by a Professor or Dean who is personally familiar with the student’s qualifications.
