Given that, in order to spread awareness and encourage students to share their thoughts on how can they contribute to the quit smoking research advances, CBQ method is presenting to you a CBQ Method research scholarship. The following scholarship is open to the students of high school and college or psychologists who have demonstrated an interest in smoking cessation, the psychology of habits, or the cessation of other addictions. The scholarship program helps students with compensating for their various costs of education.
We all are aware of the adverse effects of smoking and how seriously it can damage our body physically and mentally but still, the number of smokers in the world seems to have no full stop. The habit of smoking is mostly seen among the growing generation i.e teenagers. These high school and college teenagers are more likely to consume cigarettes and getting affected by them badly. Therefore, to put an end to this issue and help such students to get out of this addiction to smoking and live a healthy life, the CBQ Method is encouraging students to come forward and help their mates in saying no to smoking. The following scholarship targets students who have an interest in smoking cessation, the psychology of habits, or the cessation of other addictions. The applicants with the most passion and best plans will be awarded the sponsorship of $2,000.

Who is Eligible?
Following are the eligibility requirements for the following scholarship contest:
Those who are applying must demonstrate an interest in smoking cessation, the psychology of habits, or the cessation of other addictions.
This can be demonstrated by any of the following:
- Majoring in Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Neurolinguistic Programming.
- Currently operating research related to smoking cessation while in college or doctorate.
- Involvement in fundraising or nonprofit organization.
How to Apply?
The interested individuals are required to submit the application form given on the scholarship portal and submit a video (3-4 minutes) or short essay (400-600 words) that answers the following:
- What would be your plan for helping advance the quit smoking research?
The applicants with the most passion and best plans will be awarded the sponsorship.
All of the applications submitted by you will be reviewed and judged by the selection committee and out of all, the most deserving candidate will be selected as the winner of the following scholarship. The winner will be awarded a one-time scholarship amount of up to $2,000.
The deadline for the application submission for the following contest is October 1, 2021. No applications will be considered after this date.
