Seattle Foundation is a foundation that provides an extensive range of scholarships to students. Now, Scholarship America has made a partnership with Seattle Foundation to help students studying in the universities of Washington, Washington state university, the University of Oregon, and Oregon state university. Also, Scholarship America is administrating the C.E. Boucher scholarship as they are the Nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance, and other programs that support corporations, foundations, associates, and individuals. The program for individuals is based on the candidate’s eligibility and is decided by the sponsor, who has the right and power to decide. If the candidate passes the eligibility criteria, the American scholarship evaluation team reviews their application.
The scholarship will help the students in senior high school and undergraduate or graduated. They will get awarded $3,000, which may be used for tuition and fees, books and supplies, room and board expenses. This will help the applicant to pursue their further studies.
The primary purpose behind the establishment of this scholarship is to honor and financially assist the students of Washington and Oregon universities and their state universities. This is mainly for the Engineering students of the respected universities.

Who is Eligible?
Candidates applying for the C.E. Boucher Scholarship must:
- Be a current undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled or planning to enroll.
- Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate or graduate study in the College of Engineering at one of the following schools for the entire upcoming academic year.
- University of Washington
- Washington State University
- University of Oregon
- Oregon State University
- Be a resident of the state of Washington or the state of Oregon.
- Have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 grading scale (or equivalent).

How to Apply?
The applicant who fits in the eligibility criteria can submit the application with the required documents. The eligible applicant should register themselves on the site provided by Scholarship America (provided on the bottom of the page. click on the apply now button). If the applicant has already registered with the site, can directly login, then one must sign up. After that, they need to provide a current, complete transcript of grades, grades report is not valid. Also, the transcript must display student name, school name, grades, and credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
(Note: If you provide SAT or ACT scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload an official copy of those test scores separately. If you upload a college transcript, those scores are not required.)
