The Office of International Affairs is offering the Brian Chiou and Chiou Family Hope Scholarship, which is funded by the Brian Chiou and Chiou Family Fund. This scholarship is available to all international students currently holding active F-1 or J-1 status, with a preference for those who possess knowledge of or exhibit an interest in Taiwanese culture.

Who is Eligible?
The scholarship is open to all international students in active F-1 or J-1 status. Preference will be given to students with knowledge of or interest in Taiwanese culture.
How to Apply?
Applicants must submit a personal statement (not exceeding 300 words) to Devan Gibson at gibson.734@osu.edu. The personal statement should outline the applicant’s eligibility, explain their financial need, describe how they plan to use the funds, and highlight their interest in Taiwanese culture.
